With SailTime Fractional Boating, members share a beautiful sailing or motor yacht with up to seven other fully qualified members and avoid the expense and hassles of traditional ownership. There's no bank note, slip fees, insurance, maintenance, or repair costs to worry about. Just a flat monthly fee* that's not much more than the cost of slip fees alone.
You get a guaranteed number of boating times each month, with the ability to carry forward from the previous month and borrow from the next month. This coupled with "as available" usage will ensure you have more than enough time to enjoy boating on our beautiful lake. Our sophisticated on line Scheduling System makes planning your boating time a breeze. Schedule a half day, a full day, a weekend, or even a whole week if you like.
Not much experience? No worries. Our training program is second to none. New members learn everything they need to be able to take the boat out by themselves, and operate it safely and confidently in a variety of conditions. Our Novice to Captain program gets a member to the point where they can bare boat charter a 35 to 40ft yacht anywhere in the world.
Our boats are kept in the fleet for a maximum of 5 years, and are kept in like new condition through professional yacht management and maintenance programs. Since a boat has a maximum of 8 members assigned to it, there is a pride of ownership and our members tend to view it as their own boat, not a rental. Another reason our boats are always in beautiful condition.
Choose the membership that suits your budget and lifestyle. Our Premier Membership guarantees 7 boating times per month, unlimited "as available" usage, and the ability to carry over unused times from the previous month and borrow from the next month. Our Associate Membership guarantees 4 boating times per month and 4 "as available" usages. Both memberships provide Swap Request and Wait List features that further enhance the flexibility you have in managing your boating schedule.
